As a member of the institute certain criteria has to be met, qualification being a term of apprenticeship with a plumbing company, City and Guilds Certification, N.V.Q.s etc. The member qualification cannot be bought any other way, and is clear identification tool of experience

The Institute provides assistance to client enquiries and can mediate in disputes etc, provide technical support, press their Logo for further information.
